Terms of Service

LectureAI provides lecture transcription, transcript export, and AI-assisted study material generation. Users are responsible for uploading content they are permitted to process and for reviewing AI output before relying on it.

Accounts must use accurate email addresses. Upload abuse, security testing without authorization, copyrighted content misuse, credential sharing, payment fraud, and attempts to bypass usage limits are prohibited.

Paid plans and minute packs are billed through Stripe. Monthly subscription minutes and purchased pack minutes are tracked separately in the user account. The service may suspend access for failed payment, fraud risk, legal requests, or policy violations.
